Joe Palumbo ~ Business Owner
Joe Palumbo has owned and operated Palumbo's Meats of DuBois, which has been the families business for over 85 years. Taking his expertise in quality meats and fine dining, he opened the Fort Worth Restaurant in 2002, serving only the finest cuts fresh from his butcher shop up the street.
Amy Hilliard ~ General Manager
Amy Hilliard has an extensive amount of experience in event planning and coordinating. Amy has over 20 years experience in a fine-dining atmosphere. She has taken on events that were turned down by other caterers due to their level of difficulty, and exceeded everyone's expectations.
Rebecca Dysard ~ Assistant Manager
Rebecca joined our team in 2020. Her experience, along with her leadership qualities has made her an asset to our both the restaurant and our catering services. Rebecca has become a favorite of many of our regular customers, and her hard work and dedication has made her a favorite of ours too.
